Outbound for Mac
Support
Need your connection back? Start by turning off the Outbound filter. Then gather the version and symptoms so we can help.
Network not working?
In Outbound, choose Help › Network Not Working?, or that row in the menu bar panel. It shows Outbound’s state with Pause for 15 Minutes and Turn Off, what Outbound blocked in the last 30 minutes with a one-click Allow, other network filters or VPNs that macOS reports, and a note about iCloud Private Relay.
Report a problem from the app
Choose Help › Report a Problem, or that row in the menu bar panel, and describe what happened. You can include diagnostics and, only if you tick it, the last 30 minutes of Outbound’s own log. You see exactly what will be sent before sending, or you can save the report to a file instead. The privacy policy lists what a report contains and how it is kept.
Email support
Include your macOS version and build, Outbound version, Apple silicon or Intel, the app affected and what you expected to happen. Tell us whether a VPN, Private Relay or another network filter is installed.

Connection troubleshooting
A missing hostname is not necessarily a bug. Outbound can show a hostname when the app opened a connection by name; address-only flows show the IP address. If a rule stops working after an app update, inspect whether the exact path or signing identity changed.
