Outbound is closed source. The app uses the Mozilla Public Suffix List, and this website uses the open-source projects credited below.
Mozilla Public Suffix List
The Mozilla Public Suffix List identifies public suffixes so Outbound can scope rules to registrable domains. It is licensed under Mozilla Public License 2.0. The list’s licence does not make Outbound open source.
Website software
- Astro, @astrojs/cloudflare and @astrojs/sitemap: MIT licence. The site runs on Cloudflare Workers, deployed with wrangler (MIT or Apache-2.0).
- dotted-map 3.1: MIT licence. Draws the dotted world map on the home page.
- Design patterns after Aceternity UI (World Map, Container Scroll Animation, Sticky Scroll Reveal, Glowing Effect, Terminal), rebuilt for this site in CSS. Used under the Aceternity licence.
- The home hero follows Watermelon UI hero-16, rebuilt for this site in CSS. MIT licence, Copyright (c) 2026 Watermelon Platform Contributors; the notice ships with the site source.
- Patterns after Magic UI (Marquee, Bento Grid, Number Ticker, Border Beam), rebuilt for this site in CSS. MIT licence. The hero tour and feature tiles also follow layouts from Aceternity UI’s templates, written from scratch here.
- Lucide 1.52 icons: ISC licence, rendered into the pages at build time.
- Simple Icons 16.34 brand marks: CC0 1.0. The marks belong to their owners and appear only to show apps Outbound can filter, with no affiliation.
- Inter by Rasmus Andersson, via @fontsource-variable/inter 5.3.0: SIL Open Font License 1.1. The site’s typeface.
- Instrument Serif by Instrument, via @fontsource/instrument-serif 5.3.0: SIL Open Font License 1.1. The italic accent in headings.
- TypeScript and @astrojs/check: Apache-2.0 and MIT respectively. Development tooling.
Package licence and copyright notices remain with the installed dependencies. This site self-hosts its font and uses browser-native form controls and disclosure elements. It loads no third-party UI, font or analytics scripts.

The icon and development screenshots are supplied Outbound assets. App names visible in development renders identify example processes and do not imply endorsement.
